By accessing or using CheapGamesFinder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CheapGamesFinder is a price-comparison and tracking platform for video games. We aggregate publicly available pricing information from various digital storefronts. We are not a retailer and do not sell games directly.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account or use another person's account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 14 days of a charge to request a refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service beyond the provided API
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
• Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service without permission

6. API Usage

Access to our API is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of API access. API keys are personal and must not be shared.

7. Price Data Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate pricing information but cannot guarantee that all prices are correct or up to date at all times. Prices are sourced from third-party storefronts and may change without notice. Always verify the final price on the retailer's website before purchasing.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by CheapGamesFinder. Game titles, logos, and related content are trademarks of their respective owners. You retain ownership of any content you submit.

9. Limitation of Liability

CheapGamesFinder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed price alerts or inaccurate pricing data.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Privacy Settings page.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
